Paper Plane Competition

14/02/2009 17:38

Competition: Paper Plane Design

This competition is to decide which design of paper plane is the best. I hope you practice your 7 rules of aerodynamics well enough in time.

Task: To build the perfect paper plane
Prize: Clock that runs on mud

Tips:

1. Lift flaps

2. Wing flap on both sides

3. Long and wide ring

4. Make more planes than what is needed (just in case)

5. Make sure at least 3 of your planes are completely different just in case one of the designs does not fit in the launcher

6. Make sure to write your name on the plane, otherwise you cannot win your prize if your plane travels furthest.

VERY IMPORTANT RULES

1. No unauthorised plane throwing.

2. No messing with equipment in the room

3. No unauthorised changes to other people's planes

4. Planes must have been made by yourself

If you break rule 1, 2, 3 or 4 (or all of course), there will be immediate disqualification from the competition.

5. no running around the room

6. no eating or drinking in the room

I will not disqualify you for breaking rule 5 and 6 but if these rules are broken too often, then the whole competition will have to be cancelled for safety reasons.
